"I recently came into possession of a Schwarzer Arion Harp Zither (serial number 2471) that is in overall good condition (no cracks, well preserved wood, but in need of a couple repairs- the backboard is slightly detached and string holder has shifted due to a screw being displaced by about 0.5 cm). I think this may be the base model (but still with mother of pearl designs around the sound hole). I have the original case. The handiwork of Schwarzer is truly amazing! Unfortunately, I don’t have the time right now to learn to play it, so I am looking to sell it and am wondering if this beautiful instrument might be of interest to one of your society members."
