Zither Music at the German Society of Pennsylvania

Zitherist Kurt Maute informed me of this upcoming event:
"On Saturday, December 3, five zitherists will be playing at the Christkindlmarkt at The German Society of Pennsylvania, located at 611 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123. The event begins at noon till 5:30pm and we have been asked to begin playing at 12:30pm. They will be serving Kassler und Sauerkraut ($12 adults and $6 for children under 10) The kitchen will close at 4pm. They will also be serving Kaffee und Kuchen ($4.50 adults, $2 children under 10). The Bazaar will have a selection of Holiday Gifts and many German goodies for purchase. The proceeds from the bazaar is used for Charity and Scholarships. The afternoon will conclude with a traditional "Sing Along" of favorite German and English carols."
