14 measure march ?

Most music seems to be written in increments of 8, 16, 32, etc. measures.
One of the next pieces our little Wendlstoana music group will be working on is the Lamberger Marsch, with the score from the notebook "Schuhplattler von A-Z" assembled by the ISARGAU bayrische Heimat- und Volkstrachtenvereine. As published here, the march is in two sections, the first being of 14 measures, the second being of 16.
Anyone out there ever seen a piece written in 14 measures?
Incidentally, this notebook contains scores for over 100 dances, and is not covered by GEMA performance/publication restrictions ("Alle in diesem Heft aurgeführten Stücke sind GEMA frei.")
