many zither scores are written for zither 1, some for zither 1 and 2, and very infrequently, zither 3.

are there any copyright ramifications if one creates an ad lib score for zither 3 for personal use, writes it down, and circulates it? any comments?

euro zone players may not have this difficulty, but finding playable music for beginners and intermediates outside of germany and austria can be an issue.
