Lesson #15 in Kabatek's "Zither Method" is "Evening Stars", a walzer by Lanner.

This walzer appears, note for note, in section IV of the walzer "Tanzende Morellen" , in the "im Heimgarten" notebook by H Dondl. Beneath this work is the footnote "Eigentum von Hans Dondl, München 13".

Did Dondl somehow acquire the rights to some Lanner music?
