Quest for something new to learn

Does anyone have the sheet music for Ruinen Im Mondschein? I have a recording of Tomy Temerson playing this; and besides the fact that he seems to have the ability to make any music sound good, it seems like a beautiful piece to try to learn and maybe to help improve my right hand abilities. Anyone?

Re: Modern Method for Zither

thank-you, Dave. Any instruction from the late King Keyes is worth studying/reviewing again. He was a wonderful teacher and a serious student of our difficult instrument. I'm looking forward to reading and learning from it.

Re: pointed feet

Re: receiving my zither tomorrow

Hi Kiem; and welcome. I live in Los Angeles, and there are three other players spread over So. Cal. as well- we started a small group together for practicing. Two of us speak French, if that helps. Hope the new zither arrives in good condition. Congratulations; it's a wonderful instrument to learn. ...

Folding zither

Has anyone tried Hartwig's "folding zither?"

More importantly, how much do they cost and how do they sound?

Does anyone have sheet music to Treasure Waltz by Strauss? Rudi Knabl does a nice version of it on one of his CD's so I'm inspired to learn the piece.

Re: Replacement Strings - How OFTEN do you replace them?

I bought GHS "Fast Fret" at the Guitar Center. I use it when the strings start to sound dull. It's a quick cleaning mechanism that seems to keep me from having to buy new strings too often (though it's time!). Making the $100-$200 investment for a new set is the tough part of playing this ...
