At 8 years of age, Louise Ganschow began taking zither lessons from her father, Fritz Siewert, whose photo is also posted on the forum. As a zitherist, she performed on radio and television and, in the 1960s, at the Golden Zither Restaurant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This photo of Ms. Ganschow was taken in 1954 and is courtesy of David Christian.
