A. Darr - No. 16

Post by Dave »

Hi Folks, a member shared a video, so thought I would do the same. I'll make an effort to record more of these A. Darr exercises in the coming weeks.

Dave-

What is the maker's label inside your zither? What strings do you use---the instrument sounds bright and quite nice.

Hi Don, my zither is by Horst Wünsche. I purchased it from Germany about 10 years ago after starting off on an unbranded student zither.

I order Lenzner strings from Bill Kolb when I need them, and these are replaced when they break outright, or when starting to fray.

Dave,

Thanks for sharing, you make it look effortless. It's nice to see examples of how experienced hands move. Also your Wünsche is beautiful!
